Vice President, MSP Division

Chase has been with Medical Solutions since 2009, functioning as Senior Client Manager for three years prior to leading the development team for the MSP program and stepping into his current role. He acted as Client Manager for one of the largest multi-facility MSPs in company history and now focuses full-time on meeting the unique needs of each Medical Solutions MSP Client by customizing Medical Solutions’ offerings to provide optimum service, support, and solutions. Chase earned his BS in Business from Bellevue University. 


Medical Solutions President

Joel joined the Medical Solutions team in 2007 as a Client Manager. In that time, he has served in various roles including Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and COO. In his current role, his motivational management style and top-notch leadership skills guide the company’s Travel Nurse and Nurse Bridge sales and quality divisions. He reinforces a commitment to staffing quality healthcare professionals that’s grounded in ethical business practices and superior customer service. Joel earned his BS in Finance and his MBA from Wayne State College in Nebraska.


MSP National Account Executive

Rory has quickly become an asset to the Medical Solutions Plus team, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. As a National Account Executive, he educates potential MSP Clients on Medical Solutions’ existing services, and provides customized staffing solutions to current MSP Clients. Rory earned his BS in Psychology from Creighton University.

With over a decade of experience in business development for healthcare organizations and a hands-on role as an orthopaedic representative in the OR, Mike brings valuable perspective on patient care, cost, and quality to the Medical Solutions Plus team. Mike currently helps healthcare organizations reassess their approach to supplemental clinical staffing and provides customized solutions to MSP Clients. Mike earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.


MSP National Account Executive

With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jason has a broad range of success in several areas, including customizing clinical care protocols, refining EMR processes, and providing clinical staff management. In his current role at Medical Solutions, Jason builds consultative partnerships with his Hospital Clients to help them achieve their operational, clinical, and financial goals.  Prior to Medical Solutions, Jason held various sales and business development positions in the medical device industry. Before that, he served as the Director of Rehabilitation for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Jason earned his BS in Biology and Sports Medicine at Midland University and his MA in Exercise Science from the University of South Dakota.
